Traditional Elegance
Whole House Remodel - Phase 2

The Design Challenge
First, create a focal point — which meant demolishing the old fireplace and moving it to a central location. Now the gas fireplace with Alder wood and Dekton surround defines this traditional living area.
BONUS: Always looking for ways to bring in more natural light we flanked the fireplace with new windows.

The Details
With strategic planning, details can do double duty. Custom crown molding, window valences, and ceiling trim solidify the traditional aesthetic and add interest to a long narrow room.

The Design Challenge
You wouldn’t know it, but this playroom was once an unused loft above the living room. By closing it in and adding a custom entertainment center and bookshelves, new windows, and french doors this area is now a much-used light and bright addition.

The Design Challenge
Often the closet is over-looked, but with thoughtful space planning and lots of communication, we created a custom solution for both him and her. Though symmetrical in design the closet is personalized down to the height of the clothing rods.
A clutter-free well-organized closet is a necessary part of creating a tranquil master suite.

Design Solutions
The master bath is very elongated, so space-planning was critical. The shower, one focal point, is centrally located just out of window view while the bathtub, highlighted by a chandelier, is the focus upon entering.
