Basement Revival

Basement Remodel | Corvallis, OR

  • The Details

This basement started as a completely unfinished space, giving us a blank slate to create an entirely new living area for the homeowners and their guests. It now includes a large living space with plenty of room for entertainment and hosting, an open guest sleeping area, an abundance of storage, and a full bathroom so guests can feel right at home.

  • The Details

Up a few steps from the main living area, this open guest space gives overnight visitors a comfortable place of their own while still feeling connected to the rest of the basement. The raised layout helps define the sleeping area without closing it off, keeping the entire lower level feeling open and spacious.

  • The Details

The full bathroom makes the guest space feel complete, with a curbless shower, custom vanity, and built-in linen storage. Thoughtful details and plenty of storage make the space comfortable and functional for overnight guests.

A dedicated wine storage closet adds even more function to the finished basement, giving the homeowners a designated place to keep their collection organized and easily accessible for entertaining, without taking up valuable storage space in the main living areas of the home.

Custom cabinetry doors conceal the electrical panel while keeping it easily accessible when needed. It’s a simple detail that allows a necessary utility to blend seamlessly into the finished space.
